On 6th May 2022, our college organized its annual day program that was held in the college auditorium. The chief guest was the mayor of our city. Parents were also invited to attend the event. The faculty team of our college along with volunteer students decorated the auditorium with flowers and lights. The chief guest lit the lamp.
Then our principal, secretary, and senior teachers also lit the lamp and the program started with prayer. The program was hosted by a student of intermediate. His performance was very impressive. The students from different classes participated and performed various activities. First of all, students presented a welcome program by welcoming the chief guest and parents of the students.
A group of students was invited to come on stage and play a drama scene. The drama they presented was funny and interesting. It engaged the audience and made them laugh. Similarly, some more students also performed various programs and amused the audience. In the end, the host requested the chief guest to express his thoughts regarding the event.
He came and gave a speech. He told about his career and praised students’ performance. After that, the principal thanked everyone especially the chief guest for giving his precious time. The principal ended the program by encouraging the students to work hard if they want to make a strong and good career in life. All the people who attended that annual day enjoyed it most. In fact, this was a memorable day.

Last week, on 5th Aug 2022, I attended an annual day program in our school. It was most enjoyable. It was held when students were free after their final exams. The aim of organizing the annual day was to announce the results and distribute prizes among the students. To make the program more engaging and interesting, some activities and performances were also prepared by the students. All the students of the school were present there to attend the event. They were very happy and waiting for their result.
The program started and small kids of kindergarten performed a group dance and also recited the poems. These little angels wearing beautiful costumes were looking very attractive and innocent while performing. After that, the students from other classes also performed various activities as per their interests and talent.
The activities included dance, poem recitation, singing, drama, mime, skit, cracking jokes, comedy acts, and many more. During performances, a teacher also announced the results of all classes and the chief guest gave prizes to the students. At last, the principal delivered a speech in which he thanked the audience. He told how he is struggling to make the school progressive and the event was got over successfully.
